Four things, every day.
Pick one Path.
Twelve Paths, one at a time. Distraction, apathy, isolation, rhythm. Choose the one you actually keep losing to, and give it 21 days.
Get today’s challenge.
A real thing to do before tonight. Hand your phone to someone for the evening. End the shower cold. Send the invitation you keep putting off.
Challenge · Day 12Hand Over Your Phone
Give your phone to someone at home for the evening (a parent, a roommate, your spouse) and ask them not to give it back before a time you name. Tell them why if they ask.
Distraction Path
Challenge · Day 12Make the First Move
Send one invitation today with an actual day and time in it: coffee, a walk, whatever you would both enjoy. Accept in advance that they might say no, and send it anyway.
Isolation Path
Challenge · Day 4End the Shower Cold
Turn the water to cold at the end of your next shower and stay under it for thirty seconds. Count them out loud. Don’t step out early, and don’t turn it warm again after.
Apathy Path
Challenge · Day 8Apologize First
Pick someone you have argued with or gone cold on. Apologize to them today for your part, before they apologize for theirs. No “but.” No explaining what they did. Just your part.
Compassion Path
Challenge · Day 12Watch the Sunset
Find out when the sun sets today and be outside for it, start to finish, until the light is gone. No phone in your hand, no photos. Just stand there and watch the day end.
Rhythm Path
Challenge · Day 12No Excuses Today
Every time you’re late, forget something or drop the ball today, say what happened without an excuse: “I forgot.” “I left late.” No traffic stories, no “my phone died.”
Integrity Path
Climb the Ascent.
21 stones, one for each day. Santiago the shepherd boy walks them with his lamb. Miss a day and catch up later. It still counts.

Talk to your character.
Say it out loud or type it. Santiago, Rachel or Eli, whoever you chose to walk with, answers you, and some answers come with a Bible verse picked for what you said. It’s your guide for growing your faith, one day at a time.

Who walks with you?
Pick the character who walks with you as you grow in your faith. Each has their own scene and their own way of answering you.

Where you started. Where you are now.
Every week your journal looks back at what you wrote and shows you the change: what you said on day one, and what you say now.

What people say.
“The reflections are short, thoughtful, and land differently depending on where your head is that morning. It meets you on ordinary days and the harder ones.”
“It doesn’t tell you to meditate and just pray like other apps, but actually gives you goal-oriented challenges.”
“It pushed me to physically act and change on a specific virtue, instead of just being told to pray and meditate without reason.”

Good to know.
Is Lumn specifically Catholic?
Yes. Lumn is built on Catholic teaching. Your daily reading comes from The Imitation of Christ, and the daily practices include the examen and working on one virtue at a time.
What do I get in the free trial?
Everything. Full access to every Path, the daily challenges, your character and the weekly recap for 7 days. The App Store or Google Play asks for a payment method when you start. Cancel before day 8 and you’re not charged.
What if I miss a day?
Catch up whenever you can. Days you catch up on still count toward your 21 stones.
Who are Santiago, Rachel and Eli?
Three guides from Bible times, Santiago, Rachel and Eli, who walk your Path with you. Talk out loud or type, and the character you picked answers you, sometimes with a Bible verse chosen for what you said. Each has their own scene: Santiago’s hill path, Eli’s pier on the Sea of Galilee, Rachel’s mountain path.
Can I switch Paths?
Yes, you can change your Path in the app. We’d encourage you to walk your Path for its full 21 days first, because staying with one struggle is what makes the change stick.
Is my journal private?
Yes. Your journal is encrypted on the way and where it’s stored, and only you see it in the app. We never sell your data or use it for ads, and you can delete your account and its data from the app at any time.
Pick one. Walk it for 21 days.
The struggle you keep confessing can finally change.
